This is pretty inane.
Expecting that someday there will be a world without religion is like expecting there will be a world without sex.
Religion is a fundamental human drive. The only legitimate challenge is to have religions that are life-affirming and conducive to building better worlds, rather than destructive, intolerant and harmful. Trying to by-pass religion entirely in the hope of magically arriving at a better world is like trying to fly to Europe without an airplane.
